  • What are your opening times?
    Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm.
  • Can I park at the store?
    There is free on street parking outside the store.
  • Do I need an appointment?
    An appointment isn’t necessary to visit us, we provide a personal service no matter what. However, if you have a way to travel to us, have special requirements you’d like to chat through with us in more detail, need help in creating a bespoke package to fit your budget or just want to be guaranteed that someone will be on hand for all your questions during your visit then booking an appointment may be the right thing for you. We appreciate that sometimes shopping for baby can be overwhelming and you might need a little extra time with our specialists so please if you would prefer an appointment just get in touch.
  • How many branches do you have?
    Just the one store in Stirling, Forth Valley. We are a family run business with a small dedicated team of six. Not to be confused with any other pram shop, there is only one Stirling Pram.
  • Why are your products in store only?
    At Stirling Pram we believe shopping for baby should be one of those special life events. To ensure our customers are able to choose the right products for their lifestyle and personal circumstances we believe in store is best. Bring the family make a day of it.
  • Do you offer finance or payment scheme?
    We offer an interest free deposit scheme, this allows you to pay up your purchase, without credit checks or finance agreements. With the balance due four weeks before baby's due date, you can pay a little each week or each month knowing that all your purchases will be waiting for you when baby arrives. At Stirling Pram when you become a customer we set you up with your own store account which works a little like a baby gift list, allowing you to deposit all the itesm you would like to buy. It also allows friends and family for instance to make payments towards your items too. You can put anything in store on your account, we just ask for a deposit on the item and agree a final date for the balance and collection of your goods. For example: you might want to deposit your second stage car seat but don't need it for six months. We'll pop it onto your account by deposit, have it ordered to arrive when you need it and you just pay a little weekly or monthly knwoing it'll be ready and waiting and helping you spread the cost a little.   • My parents want to buy us pieces from my order, but I'm worried it would not arrive at the same time as the rest of my order?
    At Stirling pram we set you up with an account that holds all your orders together and let's us worry about making sure everything arrives when it needs to, so you don't have to. Friends and family can make payments to individual items on your account or pay something towards everything, it works very similar to a wedding gift list only it's a baby gift list. For example: if gran and grandpa is buying the car seat they just need to let us know that the payment should go towards that. You can put anything on deposit on your account not just your pram and furniture order for example clothes, pregnancy pillows, something from our gift showroom all the way through to your next stage car seat or buggy.   • I think I've seen the same package online or elsewhere cheaper? Will you match it?
    We don’t ever want to lose a customer because of price. As a small team it's impossible for us to keep up with all the different packages and prices out there. We know everyone does their price research online so just let us know what you have found at the start of your visit. If you have seen an offer, better price or different package to the one you have seen in store, bring along the details and we will do our best to match the package.   • I’ve forgotten how my product works it has been so long since I ordered?
    Not a problem that’s what we are here for! Our customers are welcome to pop in anytime for a reminder of how their products work, whether it is you can’t remember how to fold your pram or your car seat needs adjusting as baby grows, we are happy to help. That’s the personal service we guarantee!
  • Can I cancel my order?

  • What do I do if my product is faulty, should I contact the manufacturer?
    We are your first point of contact for any product faults or queries. That’s what we are here for, please pop into store or contact our repairs team member on to provide us with all the information we require to deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible.
